#5.       Get to know the cause of your fears

Everything has to start somewhere, so your fears have roots in something as well. To cure diseases, you must know first what causes it, so it goes pretty much the same in the case of fear. Take some time and look deep inside your person, and see what is triggering that fear. Maybe it is a bad experience, memory, something that marked you, which is making you feel like this in the present. Doing this, you will be one step closer to getting rid of the fear, by curing yourself.

#6.       Don’t forget to laugh

And do it a bit more often than you use to. Believe it or not, laughter is not only an excellent remedy for stress, but it can help you overcome your fears. Whenever you feel scared, try laughing out loud, as the challenge will start appearing less frightening than before. It is like a light got turned on in the dark corners of your mind, which are fueling the fear. Things will only get brighter from now on, by enjoying laughter every day.
