#3. Your accomplishments are greater than losses
Because of fear, many people miss on doing certain things. But this is something you don’t have to think about, as it will only aggravate the fear and frustration. It is more recommended to focus on the bright side of life and concentrate on goals and achievements if you wish to find a motivation strong enough to help you face your fears. What doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger. This is what you have to remember each time you meet a fear or difficulty.
#4. Know when to turn off your imagination
Instead of helping us, our imagination can go wild sometimes, which is especially dangerous in the case of our fears. In our mind, things can appear worse than they are in reality, as we tend to exaggerate the situation. So, sometimes we can do better without our imagination. If you feel things get the wrong direction in your mind, just shut it off and find something else to do to keep you busy.
