#8. Identify self-restricting habits
Sometimes our own prejudices can stop us from making good decisions in life. It’s better to take a step back and be honest with yourself to remove mental barriers.
#9. Build your social skills
Making small talk is very important cause it can help you develop relationships with your boss and colleagues. This can also open up doors for new opportunities and build a bigger network. Don’t forget to ask follow up questions.
#10. Avoid decision fatigue
Your mind can only make a finite number of decisions in a day. So make sure the energy is being allotted to important decisions. You can cut decisions fatigue by making preparations in advance such as deciding what to wear the next day or pre- cook several meals to avoid shopping or deciding what to eat.
